Yes, its Carrara using multi-pass for specularity layers (+ a few others) and then some post work in PS CS 5. Eyes are postwork as well (Rons smoke brush). Thanks for the comment btw :)

also, the eyes, is it a post-render effect? with that and the shadows gives the demon a total badass look.
